An entertaining place or person.
Entertainment is a multi-faceted concept, that has evolved from the ability to play and enjoy pre-recorded media geared toward an individual; to banquets adapted for two; to the various styles of ceremony, celebration, party, non secular pageant or satire. It is also often understood to encompass the aesthetic effects that may be gained from engaging in the activity. As the concept has grown, so too has the opportunity for entertainment to be used as a method of attaining perception or highbrow growth. The act of being entertained has become closely associated with leisure, so that one common understanding of the idea is that it is fun and laughter, although many entertainments have a serious purpose, such as the numerous forms of ceremony, celebration or religious festival.
